Avira hat Malware gefunden und Zugriff verweigert, was tun?

Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe laut Avira Malware auf dem Computer. Ich habe mir die Ereignisse angeguckt und steht, dass die Malware von Avira geblockt wurde bzw. Zugriff verweigert. Ich sehe aber nirgendwo die Möglichkeit Malware zu löschen. Ich habe mein System wieder gescannt und Avira hat nichts gefunden. Vielleicht weil er schon vorher mich darüber informiert hatte? Wie krieg ich nun Malware weg?

in abgesicherten Modus Computer starten und erneut scannen müsste helfen. in der Regel fragt avira ob Virus entfernt werden soll. wenn du bestätigst, sollte klappen
