Notebook Scroll Cursor auf Bildschirm

Guten Tage alle zusammen =)
Gelegentlich taucht ein 'Problem' bei meinem Computer auf, nämlich wenn ich runter Scrolle wird das Symbol für den Cursor verändert. Soweit so gut, das ist auch normal.
Aber nachdem Scrollen bleibt das Symbol weiterhin bestehen, der Cursor friert ein. Ich kann zwar die Maus problemlos bewegen, jedoch bleibt das Symbol an Ort und Stelle und es geht erst weg, nachdem ich meinen Computer neugestartet habe.

Wäre super wenn ich paar brauchbare Informationen bekommen würde.
