Wie kann man Erpressungs-Trojaner (Ransomware) entfernen

Mir ist das zum Glück noch nicht passiert aber sicherheitshalber wollte ich mich vorher erkundigen, weil ich darüber was gelesen habe, wie ich dann mit der Situation umgehen kann, wenn meinen PC mit einem Erpressungs-Trojaner befallen ist?

Wie kann ich solche Trojaner entfernen. In dem Moment werde ich keine Gelegenheit haben, im Internet zu surfen und nach Rat zu fragen. Soll ich mir schon mal ein Stick vorbereiten? Was für Programme brauche ich um Trojaner zu löschen?
