Wie kann ich herausfinden, ob mein Smartphone mit NotCompatible Virus infiziert ist?

Hallo zusammen,
neulich habe ich eine Miteilung von einem Freund bekommen, dass viele Smartphones mit NotCompatible Virus infiziert sind. Da ich acuh Android Smartphone benutze, habe ich bedenken, dass mein Gerät auch infiziert ist.
Ich habe AVG Antivirus und er sagt alles im grünen Bereich. Kann ich mich drauf verlassen oder gibt es andere Möglichkeiten herauszufinden, ob mein Gerät tatsächlich sauber ist?
