Smartphone kein Internetzugriff - WLAN und mobiles Internet

Hallo Gemeinde :D

ich habe ein merkwürdiges Problem. Irgendwie kein Internetzugriff mehr. Habe WLAN und auch mobiles Internet beides an aber der macht nichts. Habe jetzt mehrfach neugestartet aber habe Angst dass mein Smartphone kaputt sein könnte.

Sollte ich lieber zurückschicken? Oder ist das eher ein kleines Problem?

Was für ein Smartphone hast du?

Ich würde die Daten sichern und das Gerät auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen.

Wenn das nicht hilft, dann updaten.

Wenn auch nicht, dann zurückschicken
