Groupware-Projektsoftware für kollaborative Gruppenarbeit

Wir sind eine kleine Hobby-IT-Gruppe. Wir kommen aus unterschiedlichen Städte zum Teil auch Ländern. Wir möchten unseren Projekte online entwickeln. Verwaltungsaufwand ist aber sehr gross. Es gibt sehr viele Details. Freizeit hat man sowieso nicht gleichzeitig und telefonieren kann man auch nicht immer.

Deswegen wäre eine Groupware die ideale Lösung. Aber damit hat keine von uns richtige Erfahrung. Phprojekt haben wir installiert und kurz getestet. Es scheint nicht die richtige zu sein. Vielleicht diejenigen die genug Erfahrung haben uns nützliche Tipps geben.

Wir entwickeln zusammen kleine Websites. Einer nimmt Verantwortung für Design, andere Programmierung und andere Sicherheit etc. Aber inzwischen muss man immer kommunizieren und einen guten Überblick haben. Mit Forums und CMS haben wir es auch versucht. Es hilft zum Teil aber schafft nicht einen guten Überblick.

Für kleine IT-Gruppe kenne ich keine gute Software aber für den professionellen Einsatz kann ich Genius Project empfehlen.
