Bluetooth erkennt Gerät (Hörgeräte) nicht

Hallo zusammen,

seit Tagen versuche ich vergeblich meine neuen Bluetooth fähigen Hörgeräte (Phonek) mit meinem PC (Win 10) zu verbinden, um über diese zu streamen. 

Ich habe wirklich alles versucht und mich im Netzt hoch und runter gelesen. Gestern bin ich schließlich mit meinem PC in einen Computerladen gegangen und habe mein Problem geschildert.

Dort wurden meine Hörgeräte ohne Probleme unter Audio erkannt und das Streamen über sie war auch möglich.

Zuhause angekommen waren sie zwar noch gekoppelt, ließen sich aber nicht mehr verbinden und ein Entfernen vom PC und erneutes Verbinden geht nicht mehr.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum es im Computerladen problemlos geht und bei mir zu hause nicht.
